Flatbush Gardens needs to be fixed, and Renaissance Equity Holdings*, which is controlled by David Bistricer, should be accountable. The track record of Renaissance Equity Holdings shows a pattern of disrespect for the people who live and work at Flatbush Gardens, as well as the taxpayers of New York City.
* Flatbush Gardens is owned and managed by Renaissance Equity Holdings, LLC and its seven affiliated LLC's A through G (collectively "Renaissance Equity").
Management has not performed the structural repairs or updates to the plumbing and sewage systems that would prevent these recurring floods of sewage.
